Amy’s Experience

Amy Swanson spent a year teaching in Shanghai, China after graduating from

the University of Iowa.  In 1999, she moved to Chicago to study voice.  She

has sung in recent N.O.V.A. productions as Dorabella in Cosi fan tutte,

Musetta in La Bohème, Susanna in The Marriage of Figaro; and as Despina,

Marcellina, Servillia, and the Second Lady in N.O.V.A.™ The Ladies of

Mozart.  By day, she works downtown as an Access Developer for a benefits

consulting firm.
